MOTORCOACH TRANSPORTATION: Provided via Cardinal Buses, Inc. All Coaches are equipped with FREE WIFI with 110 outlets for charging, restroom, climate control, reclining seats, Public Address System, Radio/CP Player, DVD Players
ACCOMMODATIONS:Double occupancy is (2) individuals per room, Triple is (3) individuals per room with 2 beds, Quad(4) individuals per room with 2 beds, Single is (1) individual per room. Price per person will change when a roommate cancels and your accommodation type changes.
PRICES: All tour prices are based on rates at the time our catalog is printed and are subject to change.
FINAL TOUR DOCUMENTATION: Two weeks before a One Day Tour your will be sent a POST CARD reminder with departure Time/Location. For Multi-Day Tours you will be sent Brief Tour Itinerary with hotel numbers, departure Times/Locations, Luggage Tags and other Pertinent Information
SMOKING ON THE MOTORCOACH: NO Smoking of any kind is permitted on board the coach. We will take rest stops approximately every (2) two hours and allow smoking outside the coach.
TIPPING: S & S Travel, Inc. does not require or expect passengers to tip the driver or escort.  However, we are aware that a number of individuals feel good about rewarding a job well done.  This is strictly a personal decision based on your evaluation for the services rendered whether to extend a token of appreciation to the escort or the driver. We do request that any gifts be offered on an individual basis and that group collections NOT be taken.

CANCELLATIONS:  Individual reservations – 100% OF ALL RECOVERABLE COSTS.    S & S Travel reserves the right to cancel a tour for any reason with no responsibility other than the refund of all monies paid by the tour member.

FUEL SURCHARE: All tours are subject to Motorcoach and Air Fuel Surcharges. Fuel charges are included on tour price unless fuel goes over $4.00 a gallon, then it would be reconsidered.
PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP: A valid passport is required for all travels outside the United States

ENTRY INTO CANADA: Please note that Canada views any type of “Driving Under The Influence”(DUI) conviction as a serious offense. A Past conviction of DUI will likely not allow one to travel into Canada. Should this be a concern, we suggest visiting the following website for information: http://www.cic.gc.ca.
